12. Building automatic control, smart home control, etc.
1) If it is a skylight, the rack type or push rod type electric window opener (window opener) should be selected first. This type of opener is most suitable for bearing forces in the vertical direction, without the possibility of bending, and has strong resistance to wind and rain, while the thrust is generally large.
2) For sliding window: sliding arm type or sliding type electric window opener (window opener) shall be selected, which is more suitable for straight-line operation. When closing the window, the window sash shall have a good sealing.
3) For shutters: small rack type or push rod type electric window opener (window opener) shall be selected.
4) For upper/lower/suspended windows: single chain type, double chain type, rack and push rod type shall be selected; chain type (or double chain type for larger windows) shall be selected for those with appearance requirements; and double rack type window opener (double push rod type plus synchronizer) or double rack type window opener shall be selected for those with required smoke extraction angle.
5) If the window you designed is wide or heavy: the window is wide (more than 1.5m wide) or the push/pull force required when opening/closing the window is large (more than 450N), you will consider using a double push electric window opener (window opener). Stroke or angle
Opening stroke: convert the required opening angle into the linear distance of the window (according to the cosine theorem), and only provide daily ventilation. The opening angle should not be greater than 30 degrees (the opening angle depends on the height of the window), and the window stroke within 1m is generally 300-400mm; However, there are fire protection requirements. When the fire signal is linked, the maximum angle of opening the window is generally 70 degrees.
Push pull force
Generally, it is 200N-1000N, and the simple push-pull force calculation F=1/2 (window sash dead weight) * (maximum opening stroke/window height). The force of the smallest window opener (window opener) is 200N, which is generally used for the side hung windows with small force.
Power Supply
Power supply for window opener: AC220V, DC24V, etc. Generally, AC220V power supply is used for connecting to smart home system; General metal curtain walls or metal windows use safe voltage DC24V power supply. When there are fire requirements, DC24V power supply must be used; DC48V is used for communication facilities.
